I'm back!!  Did you know that you can wash your hands WITHOUT wasting water? Here's how - Fill half a mug of water, wet your hands, once you lather and wash well, use the water in the mug to rinse your hands. Today I made Dal and a vegetable side dish. I had to first set the pressure cooker. if you layer your pressure cooker with vessels instead of putting stuff in it directly, you can cook more things at the same time. This saves time and energy (cooking gas). I kept rice, moong dal and potatoes. W hile the cooker is getting done, 1) cut ,tomatoes, chilies  and make a ginger-garlic paste for the Dal. 2)For the Sabzi cut carrots, green bell pepper. 3 ) Keep your tempering ingredients ready- I used cumin and asafetida for both. 4 )By now the pressure cooker would be done, take out the dal and peel and chop the potatoes. 5 ) Heat up a little oil, add the tempering ingredients. Cook the tomatoes and green chilies. Then add the Dal. Add salt and turmeric powder
